Hello from sunny Southwest Florida! I’m Dana Hile, your local real estate expert, and I’m here to help you find your perfect piece of paradise. I grew up on a farm in North Central Indiana, raising crops and livestock, and earning the nickname ‘Farmer Hile’. Selling seed and fertilizer across the Midwest taught me the art of negotiation—skills I now bring to real estate to ensure my clients get the best deals possible.
Before real estate, I also served as a volunteer firefighter and first responder for 20 years, so helping people has always been at the core of what I do.
